I love the tone of grey you chose for the background, and what I take to be blood is done in a very clear way. I really like the stylised effect you got there.
You might wanna try adjusting the Kerning after the Y in You though. It looks a bit awkward that far away from the rest of the word.
Other than that, I absolutly love it! The abstracteyness of it really appeals to me, especialy the little guys hair. ^__^ Reminds me of my own now. hehehehe
